At happenstance, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and stylish as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your pieces from our boutique to your doorstep.

Returns

We want you to love every piece you wear from happenstance. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right. We offer the following return window:

• Within 7 days of delivery: Receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
• After 7 days: Returns will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn and undamaged
• Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, beauty products, holiday items, gift cards and sale items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@happenstancewi.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
   

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
