Returns
We want you to love every piece you wear from happenstance. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right. We offer the following return window:
- Within 7 days of delivery: Receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
- After 7 days: Returns will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn and undamaged
- Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, beauty products, holiday items, gift cards and sale items are final sale.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@happenstancewi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
